Charmed by My Stay!

breakfast price quick checkout friendly staff nice venue

The breakfast price was excellent at £12.50, and the selection was great. I found the check-in and check-out process very simple. I appreciated how quick it was. The staff were friendly! and the venue was nice. I regret that I did not have more time to use all the facilities.

The room NEEDED more plugs and the plug for the hairdryer was not near the mirror, made getting ready a little difficult.

Dining

A Starbucks is inside the hotel and offered ample space. I noticed tables, armchairs, sofas and also space in the courtyard. It suited all consumption needs. I appreciate the variety and convenience.

Location

The location worked well for me, as it was very close to where I needed to be! I also noticed its location between two cities. It makes this spot very convenient for travellers.

Facilities

The hotel includes a gym and a pool. There are weekly personal training sessions. Pilates and yoga are available. I saw many people enjoying these classes.

Service

A satisfactory experience

gym facilities excellent equipment friendly staff room cleanliness dusty surface dirty residue

The gym facilities impressed me. The equipment was excellent. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They offer a varied number of classes included in the membership.

The cleanliness of the room was concerning. I found dust on most surfaces. There was limescale and dirty residue in the sink and shower. It seemed it had not been scrubbed for a while.
