the family room was spacious. it was also comfy for the family. staff were pleasant and helpful. it was near to other food places too.
the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. i found hairs on the floor. i also saw hairs on the sink.

The breakfast price was excellent at £12.50, and the selection was great. I found the check-in and check-out process very simple. I appreciated how quick it was. The staff were friendly! and the venue was nice. I regret that I did not have more time to use all the facilities.
The room NEEDED more plugs and the plug for the hairdryer was not near the mirror, made getting ready a little difficult.

A Starbucks is inside the hotel and offered ample space. I noticed tables, armchairs, sofas and also space in the courtyard. It suited all consumption needs. I appreciate the variety and convenience.

The location worked well for me, as it was very close to where I needed to be! I also noticed its location between two cities. It makes this spot very convenient for travellers.

The staff was amazing, helpful, professional, and polite! One person was greeted lovely by Sally upon arrival. Others received lovely service at Starbucks by Hollie, Jackie, Mallie, and Ellie, so attentive.

The gym facilities impressed me. The equipment was excellent. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They offer a varied number of classes included in the membership.
The cleanliness of the room was concerning. I found dust on most surfaces. There was limescale and dirty residue in the sink and shower. It seemed it had not been scrubbed for a while.

The gym was VERY well equipped. i used the sauna and steam room. They provided a great way to relax. Breakfast offered MANY choices. The club room suited two people, including a sofa for sitting.
